Vendor Rules
🌴🦐 Festival Hours

- The Shrimp Festival will take place Saturday, March 7 from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sunday, March 8 from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, as outlined in our event permit.
- Please note that Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday, March 10, so be sure to plan accordingly for setup, staffing, and timing.
🌞 Vendor Spaces

- Each vendor space includes 10 feet of frontage and 16 feet of depth.
- Vendor pricing is based on vendor type. Please refer to the Vendor Payments section for full details.
🎨 Vendor Requirements & Restrictions

- To be considered for participation, vendors must submit photos of their craft items and a complete list of products with their application.
- All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Florida Sales Tax; the Fort Myers Beach Lions Foundation will only remit tax on vendor entry fees.
- All equipment, displays, tents, tables, racks, and merchandise must fit entirely within the assigned booth space. Nothing may be placed in front of booth lines.
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
- Only the Fort Myers Beach Lions Club may sell Shrimp Festival T-shirts, hats, or visors, as these items are sold as an official fundraiser.
- Vendors may not sell bottled water; this is reserved for the Lions Club and its designee.
- Food vendors will be limited to food trucks only for this year’s Expo.
💰 Vendor Fees

- Payment is not permitted until an application has been approved via email to the address listed on the vendor’s application.
- Once approved, vendors will receive online payment instructions or mailing details for check submission.
- Full payment is due by January 15, 2026.
- Each 10’ x 16’ space is $300, and electricity will not be available; battery-powered devices are allowed.
🛠️ Vendor Setup

- Setup will be available on Friday, March 6 from 5:00 PM–11:00 PM, with security provided by the Lions Club.
- All vendors must be fully set up by 8:30 AM on Saturday, as the Matanzas Bridge will close at 9:00 AM for the Shrimp Festival Parade and 5K, with traffic delays beginning as early as 7:30 AM.
- All exhibits must remain open and operating until the Expo ends on Sunday, March 8 at 5:00 PM.
- Night security will be provided on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and festival personnel will be on-site beginning at 6:00 AM both mornings.
🧹 Vendor Break-Down

- At the conclusion of Sunday’s event, vendors are responsible for cleaning and clearing their area, including all boxes, ties, wrapping materials, and debris, as the park does not provide trash removal.
- All vendors and vehicles must be fully cleared from the park by 10:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
⚖️ Rules, Rights & Event Authority

- The Fort Myers Beach Lions Foundation does not guarantee booth placement or vendor acceptance and may decline any applicant, including past participants.
- The Fort Myers Beach Lions also reserve full authority over all vendor disputes and final decisions related to the Shrimp Festival.
