Shrimp Festival Vendor Information

Submit your application to be considered for the 68th Fort Myers Beach Lions Shrimp Festival, taking place March 7–8, 2026, along Old San Carlos Blvd. between 1st & 3rd Street.

Your involvement directly supports the Fort Myers Beach Lions Foundation and its mission of helping those in need right here in our island community. To see the charities and programs that benefit, please visit our Lions Club website.

This year, we are utilizing an online vendor application system to streamline communication and improve efficiency for everyone. Our Lions Club is mighty, but small, and your cooperation with this process helps us focus more of our time and energy on serving the community. Vendors who require a hard-copy application may request one by contacting Expo Chair Lion Diane Clifton using the phone number or email below.

Important Notes for All Applicants:

    • Setup will take place Friday, March 6 after 5:00 PM, or Saturday, March 7, and must be completed by 8:30 AM. Additional setup details will be shared as the event approaches. The Matanzas Bridge will close at 9:00 AM on Saturday for the 5K Shrimp Run and Shrimp Festival Parade, with traffic delays beginning as early as 7:30 AM. You must be on San Carlos Blvd., west of Summerlin, before that time to access the festival grounds.
      • The venue has no general vendor parking, and vendors are responsible for securing their own parking. There will be limited food vendors (Food Trucks Only) this year. For questions, please contact Lion Diane.
      • Vendor spaces are 10’ x 16’ unpaved outdoor spots. Please bring proper tent weights, as March winds can exceed 20 mph.
      • For motorhome or trailer parking, or lodging assistance, contact the Ft. Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce at (239) 454-7500.
      • Each application must include at least two product photos (up to five may be submitted). Vendors may also choose to be featured on the event website & in the Official Guide—a valuable opportunity to build excitement with attendees before they arrive.
      Do not send payment with your application. You will receive email confirmation within one week that your submission was received and is under review.

As I continue in my early years as Expo Chair, I appreciate your cooperation and adherence to all instructions—it truly helps us deliver a smooth and successful event.
