Shrimp Festival Vendor Information

Vendor Applications for the 2024 Shrimp Festival Arts & Crafts Expo are no longer being accepted! You may now submit your application for consideration for the 2025 festival.

Thank you for your interest in the 65th Fort Myers Beach Lions Shrimp Festival. This event will take place on March 9th & 10th, 2024, along Old San Carlos Blvd. between 1st & 3rd Street.

Your participation in this event helps the Fort Myers Beach Lions raise funds for the local community of those in need. For a list of charities that benefit, please visit our club website here.

This year we have an online application process for the Vendor Expo that we would like vendors to use. We hope this will help streamline the process and make it more efficient for everyone in the long run. Our Lions club is mighty, but small, and we need all the extra time and effort we can get. However, if you would prefer to make a hardcopy application, please contact the Expo chair, Lion Diane Clifton, either by phone or email, using the contact information shown below.

  • Set up will be on Friday, March 8th after 5PM, or Saturday, March 9th, completed by 8:30AM. More information will be provided at a later date. The bridge to the North end of the beach will close at 9AM on Saturday March 9th until noon for the 5K Shrimp Run & Shrimp Festival Parade. You must be on San Carlos Blvd, West of Summerlin by 7:30 AM on Saturday in order to be sure to get over the bridge prior to its closing.
  • The location where the event occurs does not have parking for general vendors and so it is the vendor’s responsibility to secure their own parking for the event. Note: THERE ARE NO FOOD VENDORS ON-SITE THIS YEAR. Please contact the Expo chair Lion Diane Clifton at her contact information below for more information. Parking can be difficult on the beach. Commercial lots, sadly, do not give breaks to vendors. Each vendor spot is a 10 x 16 asphalt parking spot. Please bring materials to weigh down tents. March can be windy and we have experienced 20 mph winds.
  • Please contact the Ft. Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce for information about motor home and trailer parking, also for accommodation information. Their phone number is (239) 454-7500.
  • You must include at least two pictures with your application, no matter how many years you have participated. The application will allow you to submit up to five images. You also have the option to opt in for your vendor info and product images to be featured on the event website. We hope you will take advantage of this great opportunity for attendees to get excited about your products before they even get to the festival! Also note that there is no need to send in a payment with your application. Once your application is received, you will be notified within a week by email that it has been received and is being considered.

This is a wonderful event in a fun & new location and I can’t wait to see who will be  participating! I am in my early years as Expo chair so please help me by adhering to all instructions. I appreciate your cooperation in advance!

To start the application, click on the button below. We will start assigning vendor spaces on February 1st, 2024 but we will still accept applications, depending on space availability.  If approved, you will be notified with instructions on how to submit payment no later than January 31st, 2024.
